Marketing successfully to the U.S. Hispanic market can be a complex process due to the many diversified subcultures from countries in Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Spain.
As you are also aware, in today’s environment, the computer and internet can no longer be considered a ‘luxury” for only a few. Unfortunately, the Hispanic market has been overlooked by many manufactures and suppliers to this huge and rapidly growing market.
Why is it that not everybody knows how to navigate the web. The simplistic answer is that we are “afraid”. No long ago, the setting of the clock in a VCR was the biggest challenge. This is even more of a truth when we talk about the Hispanic community.
With this in mind, it is our concept to attract and educate the Spanish community in the use of computers and the Internet while at the same time provide a channel for advertisers to offer their products to this untapped market.
Having this in mind, we have created an innovative radio show, which will target the Spanish community. The Online Show is more than a show about computers and Internet. It is a forum for discussion on the hot-button issues we all read, think and talk about in everyday life.
The weekly, one hour, radio talk show will look at the capabilities of computers, software and the internet as well as current issues and controversies that come before our local communities.
